Associate Licenses – LMHCA, LMFTA, LSWAIC

Associate-level clinicians (LMHCA, LMFTA, and LSWAIC) have completed their master’s degree and are actively working toward full licensure under required supervision. Associate clinicians are legally authorized to provide therapy in Washington State and receive ongoing clinical supervision from fully licensed professionals. This supervision ensures high-quality care while associates continue to develop experience, skill, and confidence in their clinical work.
