We are not currently hiring for an Child and Adolescent counselor
Children ages 3–12 and adolescents 13–18
If you are a therapist who values thoughtful, developmentally informed work with children and teens—and want autonomy while being part of a supportive, values-driven group practice—Bellevue Family Counseling would love to connect with you.
We are seeking Child & Teen Therapists who enjoy relational, play-based, and family-informed work, and who want to grow their practice in a setting that prioritizes clinical quality, ethical care, and collaboration.
Client demand for in-person child and teen therapy is highest in the late afternoon and early evening. This role is a strong fit for clinicians who are open to working evening hours and want to support families during times that best meet their needs.
Our child and teen therapist role is a good fit for clinicians seeking a long-term home within a group practice. Our therapists value the balance of autonomy, support, mentoring and sustainability that allows them to focus on caring for children, teens, and families, rather than managing an independent private practice.
About Bellevue Family Counseling
Bellevue Family Counseling is a group practice committed to providing high-quality, ethical, and culturally responsive mental health care to children, teens, adults, and families. We believe in the power of therapy to support healing and growth, and we strive to “walk the talk” of healthy, authentic, and sustainable lives—for our clients and for ourselves.
Our therapists work with a high level of clinical independence while being part of a collegial, supportive community. We value consultation, shared learning, and respect for diverse therapeutic approaches. Each clinician brings unique strengths and areas of expertise, which strengthens the care we provide.
