We are seeking Adult & Couples Therapists who enjoy working with individuals and couples through a relational, attachment-informed, and evidence-based lens, and who want to grow their practice in a setting that prioritizes quality, ethics, and sustainability.

Many adult and couples clients prefer evening appointments. This role is particularly well-suited for clinicians who are open to offering in-person evening sessions and want to align their schedule with when clients most often seek care.

This role is a good fit for clinicians seeking a long-term professional home within a group practice that values both autonomy and mentorship. Our adult and couples therapists appreciate the opportunity to deepen their clinical work through consultation and shared learning, while focusing on therapy rather than growing an independent private practice.

Who We’re Seeking

We’re looking for licensed or associate-licensed therapists who work primarily with adults and couples, and who bring a strong relational and ethical approach to clinical care.

Required / Core Experience

• Clinical experience working with adults and/or couples
• Strong assessment and case conceptualization skills
• Comfort working with relational dynamics, attachment patterns, and emotional processes
• Commitment to culturally responsive, equity-oriented practice

Valued Modalities & Clinical Approaches

Experience with—or openness to training in—some of the following is strongly preferred:

• Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT)
• Attachment-based and relational approaches
• Couples and relationship counseling
• CBT, DBT, and ACT
• EMDR or other trauma-informed approaches
• Internal Family Systems (IFS)
• Psychodynamic or insight-oriented therapy
• Somatic approaches
• Narrative Therapy
• Mindfulness-based interventions

• Beautiful Bellevue office with strong telehealth infrastructure

Professional Development

• Regular clinical supervision for associate-licensed therapists (LMHCA, LMFTA, LSWAIC)
• Optional case consultation meetings
• Continuing education support (up to $300 annually)
• 50% paid training for EMDR and other evidence-based approaches (valued at $2,000+)

Compensation & Benefits

• Fee-for-service compensation (you set your session rate)
• Minimum 15 client hours per week

Requirements

• Licensed or associate-licensed therapist in Washington State (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD/PsyD)
• Clinical experience working with adults and/or couples
• Comfort working with relational and attachment-focused issues
• Commitment to ethical, culturally responsive care
• Comfort with a hybrid in-office/telehealth model
• Desire for autonomy balanced with collaboration and community

• Build your caseload at your own pace with referral support
• Participate in consultation and team meetings as desired
• Maintain clinical documentation and ethical standards
